Outbound Caller Display displays your virtual phone number on your customer’s device when you make a call. They don’t see your mobile number, home landline or office number. Instead they see your 0800/0508 or local virtual number as the caller ID.

Can I make outbound calls with my inbound 0508/0800/local number?
Yes. You can display your toll-free number as your caller ID for outbound calls. This overrides your device’s phone number.
Will you deduct these charges from my account for outbound calls?
Yes. These calls will be deducted from the included minutes from your plan. Calls outside of this plan are charged at the set rate from your call plan. This includes both calls to landlines and mobiles.
Can I display any other numbers, or does it need to be my toll-free number?
The number you choose to display must be a service number you host with Zintel.
