Clint Zintel Customer
Zintel Customer Case Study
Clint owns two retail brands with a single customer service office. His customer service staff need to represent both brands on the phone. Clint implemented our Inbound Caller Display feature, and now staff know which brand customers are calling about before they pick up the phone.
As a result, they feel a lot more comfortable about answering customer enquiries. They can state the correct brand when they pick up the phone, and anticipate the caller’s needs.
Your call display number is usually your Zintel number. But this changes if you have more than one inbound number. For example, you might have different numbers for marketing campaigns. In this case, Inbound Caller Display will show you which one the customer has dialled.
Will it also display the caller's phone number?
No. But you can easily access this information through your Zintel reporting portal if you need it.
Does Call Announce automatically come with Inbound Caller Display?
No. These are two separate features. You’ll need to add them separately or upgrade to our All Features pack to get access.
