All workshops are highly interactive with small class sizes to ensure a quality outcome.
The intermediate and advanced level courses incorporate two hours of one-on-one phone and email mentoring to follow the workshop training.
All of the training aligns with ICMI practices and supports the skills and knowledge required for NZQA Unit Standards in Contact Centre Management.
The workshops, hosted by Zintel, will initially be run in Auckland and Wellington. In-house workshops can be organised if that better suits your needs.
